Our indoor playground is 8,000-square-feet of fun, divided into 6 unique zones for kids, based on their age. There’s so much for them to do, you’ll have a hard time coercing them into the party room for cake.

We do allow outside food and beverage, however, an additional service fee applies.

Reservations
Ideally, we’d like you to book at least two weeks in advance, but we have brought a birthday party to life in a day’s notice. That is an anomaly though, of course. We close online sales for parties several days in advance so if you don’t see your desired date available on the website, give us a call so we can help.
Yes, we’ve hosted other events like end-of-school parties, play dates, baby showers and more. Reach out to our party planner to build your custom package.
Our party planner will reach out within 48 hours to begin planning the party with you. You will receive a party plan summary via email then a phone call to finalize party details a week from your party date.
A 50% deposit is required to reserve your party. This can be done using our simple, online booking tool or at the Tree House. The remaining balance of the party is due on party day.
The party packages assume 2 adults per child so for Explorer it’s 30 adults and Adventurer is 50.
You may arrive 30 minutes prior to party start time. If you feel you need additional time, please work with our party planner on scheduling. We can usually accommodate this.
No way! That’s the beauty of our “plug & play” packages. We do the heavy lifting on set up and clean up for you.
Short answer is “it depends”. We can usually accommodate this if you book the last time slot of the day or if no party is booked after yours. Not guaranteed without confirmation from the party planner.
Yes, each guest must have an active waiver to come into the play or party areas. Waivers are now integrated with our reservation system so your guests that RSVP for the party will be prompted to fill out a waiver online. We recommend reminding your guests to fill out the waiver for quicker entry on party day.
No, we have designated time slots for parties to allow for a morning, mid-day and early evening options with enough buffer between parties to clean and set up.
Deposit and Cancellation
50% of the party package cost + tax to reserve
If you need to change the date, time or both, we make every effort to accommodate this within a two week window of your original date. Changes are based on availability and cannot be guaranteed.

Party Inclusions and Expectations
We have both semi-private and private party options available. The semi-private options (DIY, Explorer, and Adventurer packages) give you a designated space for your guests to party. Since our facility has 8000 sq ft of play space, this works for most families. Our private option (Conqueror package) allows for full access to the cafe, party room and play areas for your guests only.

Yes, absolutely. We can help you book entertainment or you’re welcome to bring your own. For theme characters, we recommend them for the 2nd hour of the party so the kids have some time to play and eat before the character arrives. Please let your party planner know if you plan to bring a character so we account for this in the schedule.

No, taxes and gratuity are in addition to the party package price.
You may bring additional decor and recommend dropping it off at the Tree House ahead of time to make the set up on the day of the party easier. Our team can usually help with the extras but there are some limitations there so please speak to your party planner about it.
Yes, no problem. The kids love a good pinata! Please note we don’t have anywhere to hang and pinata from so we set them on the kids table so they’re the right height to take a swing at.
Yes, we love working with decorators. Please advise us if you’re working with a decorator so we can coordinate the set up with them.
We charge a nominal 10% convenience fee to cover the online booking and clean up. Additional gratuity is always appreciated for exceptional service.
Cleaning, service fee and gratuity for the party host. Parents can tip additional but this covers the non tippers. Some playgrounds charge 18%. We feel 10 is fair.
